Safety is a central value at GrainCorp, and it is our aim to establish and maintain a ‘zero harm’ safety culture.
In 2010 GrainCorp implemented a three year Health and Safety Strategic Plan which incorporates -
- All Injury Frequency Reporting,
- Safety Interactions,
- Near Miss Reporting,
- Tool Box Talks, and
- Management Reviews across all staff at the business unit, regional, site and personal levels.
