HOW TO APPLY
Following the re-launch of our graduate program, we are pleased to see that our 2017 intake of graduates have had an outstanding start to their career at GrainCorp. They’ve taken up each new learning opportunity and we have been inspired by their genuine curiosity and enthusiasm.
We’re determined to continue providing our graduates with tailored, meaningful and challenging development and work experiences through the remainder of their two-year program. To deliver on our promise, our full graduate program will be offered every other year, with the next major recruitment intake across most streams occurring in 2018, for a start in early 2019.
From time to time GrainCorp may offer additional graduate opportunities to complement our program, and you’ll see these published here, on our careers pages and via our LinkedIn company page..
We’re moving forward with a limited intake into our Finance / Treasury Graduate Program. You’ll join us in a two-year program with structured rotations across treasury groups including funding and liquidity; foreign exchange; trading risk; and credit. Our program also includes cross-functional experiences that provide a holistic view of GrainCorp and its diversified operations.
At the end of your program, you’ll transition into a position, initially within our treasury function.
We’re ideally after graduates whose degree studies (undergraduate or postgraduate) include a major in accounting or finance or similar. You’ll preferably be able to commence with us in November 2017, though we understand that this may fall around the end of semester and exam period, which we’ll take into consideration.
To be eligible for consideration in our graduate program, you’ll also need to:
We suggest you don’t delay in applying, as we’ll be assessing candidates on a rolling basis throughout the application period.
