Burnley Maltings is a traditionally formatted Malthouse with separate steeping vessels and four Saladin Boxes feeding direct fired natural gas Pressure Kilns, producing mostly pale barley malt with some wheat malt production.

It is a highly efficient twenty-four hour, seven day a week, continuous operation. Annual production is approximately 23,000 tonnes of malt.
