ACCC Port Terminal Access Undertaking

Pursuant to the obligations of port terminal service providers under the bulk wheat export accreditation scheme established under the Wheat Export Marketing Act 2008 (Act), GrainCorp submitted to the ACCC an Undertaking for the provision of access to bulk wheat export terminals by individuals or orgnisations accredited by Wheat Exports Australia to legally export bulk wheat.

The ACCC accepted the Undertaking submitted by GrainCorp on 29th September 2009.
